The character should, either through personality or circumstance, be willing to take a less-than-legal job that pays well.</p> <p>2. Do not worry about making a character to fill a roll on a ship, you're not a crew... Not yet.</p> <p>That's it.</p> <p>A couple notes though, you will all be starting on Beaumonde(Where they meet Fanty &amp; Mingo in the film). The game takes place during the time of the show. I'm thinking of starting you at Veteran, just to give you a bit more experience.</p> <p>Alright, now the 3x3x3. It's basically a way for you to help me make a better game. It's basically a list of up to 9 NPC that have had a role in your characters life before the game started. Allies, Contacts and Rivals. Allies are friends and family, people who would help you because they like you. Contacts are people you know that you have a business relationship with, but probably wouldn't go out for beers. Rivals are people you can trust to mess with you at some point in time.</p> <p>Why do this? Well it helps me have NPCs, it means you can get free contacts, AND you get an Advancement Point for each one you do. Up to 9. So hey, 9 free points just for filling out a few names and details.</p> <p>For each one, and you don't have to do this now, I need the following:</p> <p>Name:<br /> Ethnicity:<br /> Home World:<br /> Profession:<br /> Personality:<br /> Where they were last seen:<br /> Background(Or how you know them):</p> <p>You don't HAVE to give me all 9. But I need at least one of each.</p> <p>SO yeah, any questions let me know. Also feel free to post character ideas.</p> <p>Here's a download of all the Traits, both Official and Fan-made, and includes the updated text for the ones that didn't make sense. To the North is a group of kingdoms who, while currently at peace, often fight small wars over territory or trade. To the Northeast of these kingdoms is a large, wild forest and then a mountain range. In both of these live various tribes of flying people (Gaite's race) who mostly keep to themselves. The mountains continue south, to the East of the kingdoms. </p> <p>Across the mountains are the Elves. The Elves witnessed a previous civilization that was destroyed in a great cataclysm. In response, the Elves turned away from worshiping the gods, and are very staunchly atheist. There is, however, a group of expatriate Elves who live in human kingdoms and continue to worship the old Elven gods. </p> <p>The Griffins also live in the mountain range, their Eyrie is in the highest peaks and inaccessible to those who can't fly. Griffins are quite possibly the oldest race in existence and the self appointed librarians of creation, recording any and all information they can in their vast and secret libraries. Otherwise I guess there's 3:16 and boardgames.</p> <p>I've actually been thinking of changing my character concept to something closer to the "third faction" pilgrim/traveler idea rather than the disillusioned crusader. </p>
